Retreats


The LightHeart Institute designs and leads custom outdoor retreats where the quiet space and closeness to nature set the stage for exploring personal purpose aligning business and team objectives. They produce a level of team cohesiveness that can otherwise take twelve to twenty-four months to develop. Rated five stars by prior participants, the journey begins with individual preparation a few weeks before the retreat and includes clarifying goals and opening the mind to new ways of learning. Group sessions following the retreat further anchor the new learning providing a solid foundation from which teams springboard.
